Reflexology & Me

I am a member of the Association Of Reflexologists, Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council registered and fully insured.  I have been trained by the internationally renowned, David Wayte (Jubilee College Reflexology training courses in Nottingham, Derby, Sheffield, Leeds, Leicester and Harrogate).  David was the first reflexologist to become a member of the Royal Society of Medicine and who sits on the Reflexology Specific Board of the CNHC (Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council), which is the UK's regulator for Complementary Therapies.  I have trained as a Clinical Reflexologist with a Level 5 Diploma, which is the highest accredited qualification in the UK.  I have a successful track record of treatments which include hand, foot, palliative, fertility and NEPIP ( NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody) incorporating my extensive knowledge in anatomy and physiology. 

Reflexology is a natural, holistic, complementary therapy which works on the principle that the feet and hands mirror the bodily systems, organs and tissues. By utilising the mapping of the different parts of the body, you can stimulate specific reflex’s with pressure techniques from fingers and thumbs. Done effectively this can support with restoring balance and well-being.   Reflexology can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from babies to the elderly.
